XPENG Australia Successfully Executes Integrated Marketing and Exhibition Delivery at Melbourne Motor Show 2025

At Melbourne Motor Show 2025, XPENG Australia successfully delivered a fully integrated exhibition and marketing program spanning stand design, on-site execution coordination, and end-to-end communications planning.

The project was led and executed by Jin Huang (Jin), Marketing Manager of XPENG Australia, who was responsible for overall marketing strategy development, exhibition design direction, on-site delivery coordination, and integrated communications planning across the event lifecycle.

Exhibition Design and On-Site Execution

In the exhibition phase, Jin led the overall design direction and brand expression framework for the XPENG stand, working with external design and production partners to ensure accurate and high-quality on-site implementation.

This included content strategy planning, communication sequencing, and cross-platform content coordination, transforming the exhibition into a structured and continuous brand storytelling opportunity beyond the physical event space.

All social media communications related to Melbourne Motor Show 2025 were executed through XPENG Australia’s official social media channels.
